Booking & arrival
We keep booking personal. Send your dates and chosen lodge through our enquiry form, or message us by email or WhatsApp, and a real person confirms availability and arranges your stay directly.
Yes. VELA is around 45 minutes to an hour from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), closer to an hour in traffic. We arrange private pickup upon booking and share detailed directions and a location pin before arrival.
Your stay
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 12pm. Early check-in and late check-out can often be arranged, message us and we'll do our best.
Yes, all guests have pool access, and WiFi runs at 200Mbps across the property. Drinking water is refilled daily.
Each lodge sleeps up to 2 guests. For families or groups, message us, we can arrange adjoining lodges within the grove.
Food & drink
Breakfast is available à la carte from our kitchen. Balinese, Western and light options, each IDR 150.000. Bali coffee and tea are complimentary.
We serve breakfast, snacks, drinks and cocktails throughout the day. Full dinners can be arranged from trusted local restaurants, just ask our concierge.

Enquiries reach us straight away, and a real person then confirms availability and price personally, by email or WhatsApp. We usually reply the same day, depending on your time zone. A 30% deposit confirms and secures your reservation, and the balance is payable before arrival or on check-in. Rates are quoted in IDR and include all taxes and service charges.
A 30% deposit confirms and secures your reservation, and the balance is payable before arrival or on check-in. Free cancellation up to your season's window before arrival: 3 days in low season, 7 in mid, 14 in high, 30 in peak. If you cancel within that window, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. A no-show is charged in full, and early departures are non-refundable. All deadlines follow the resort's local time, WITA (GMT+8). If we ever cannot host dates you have paid for, you are refunded in full within 7 days.
