When you enquire or book, we keep your name, contact details, stay dates and any notes you share, nothing more than we need to arrange your stay.
The website keeps gentle, consent-based analytics: which pages are read, and where the booking flow is left. No advertising profiles are built.
How we use it
To answer your messages, confirm bookings, arrange transfers and prepare your lodge.
We never sell your details, and we never share them with third parties for marketing.

Keeping & removing
Booking records are kept as long as the law requires. Everything else is removed on request, write to us and it is done within 30 days.
