What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 12pm. Early check-in and late check-out can often be arranged, message us and we'll do our best.

Do you arrange airport pickup?

Yes. VELA is 25 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). We arrange private pickup upon booking and share detailed directions and a location pin before arrival.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is available à la carte from our kitchen. Balinese, Western and light options, each IDR 150.000. Bali coffee and tea are complimentary.

How do I book a stay?

We keep booking personal. Message us by email or WhatsApp with your dates and chosen lodge, and we'll confirm availability and arrange your stay directly.

Is there a restaurant on site?

We serve breakfast, snacks, drinks and cocktails throughout the day. Full dinners can be arranged from trusted local restaurants, just ask our concierge.

Do you have a pool and WiFi?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all guests have pool access, and WiFi runs at 200Mbps across the property. Drinking water is refilled daily.

Are the lodges suitable for families?

Accepted Answer

Each lodge sleeps up to 2 guests. For families or groups, message us, we can arrange adjoining lodges within the grove.
