Booking & payment
Enquiries are confirmed personally by email or WhatsApp within a day.- A 30% deposit secures your dates; the balance is due on arrival.
- Rates are quoted in IDR and include all taxes and service charges.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, your deposit is fully refunded.
- Within 7 days, the deposit is held as credit toward a future stay within 12 months.
- No-shows are charged the first night; the rest of the stay is released.
During your stay
- Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 12pm. Late check-out can be added at booking.
- Children are welcome from age 12. The grove is a quiet, adult-paced space.
- VELA is non-smoking indoors. Please keep shared spaces calm after 10pm.
Accessibility & care
- The Earth-Pressed Studio is step-free from the lane; the Villa is upper-level.
- Tell us about mobility, dietary or medical needs and we will prepare ahead.
- A first-aid kit and 24-hour on-call contact are provided in every lodge.
