The agreement between you and VELA Uluwatu when you book a stay, short, clear and fair.
Booking & payment
Enquiries are confirmed personally by email or WhatsApp within a day. A 30% deposit confirms and secures your reservation, and the balance is payable before arrival or on check-in.
Rates are quoted in IDR and include all taxes and service charges.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to your season's window before arrival: 3 days in low season, 7 in mid, 14 in high, 30 in peak. If you cancel within that window, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. A no-show is charged in full, and early departures are non-refundable. All deadlines follow the resort's local time, WITA (GMT+8).
Your stay
Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 12pm. Children are welcome from age 12; the grove is a quiet, adult-paced space. VELA is non-smoking indoors, and we ask that shared spaces stay calm after 10pm.
Care & liability
We look after the grove and your lodge with attention, and carry the insurance a small resort should. Personal belongings remain your responsibility; a safe is provided in every lodge.
