The agreement between you and VELA Uluwatu when you book a stay, short, clear and fair.
Booking & payment
Enquiries are confirmed personally by email or WhatsApp within a day. A 30% deposit secures your dates; the balance is due on arrival.
Rates are quoted in IDR and include all taxes and service charges.
Cancellation
Cancel free up to 7 days before arrival, your deposit is fully refunded. Within 7 days, the deposit is held as credit toward a future stay within 12 months. No-shows are charged the first night.
Your stay
Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 12pm. Children are welcome from age 12; the grove is a quiet, adult-paced space. VELA is non-smoking indoors, and we ask that shared spaces stay calm after 10pm.
Care & liability
We look after the grove and your lodge with attention, and carry the insurance a small resort should. Personal belongings remain your responsibility; a safe is provided in every lodge.
